- What is a credit?
- Credits meter the work agents do for you: every run shows what it cost before and after it happens, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- Is the price per product or for my whole account?
- Per product. Each product you build has its own plan and is billed separately, so two products on Starter cost two Starter prices. The credits of all your products go into one pool for your company.
- Can I try Orkosi before paying?
- Yes. The trial plan gives you the whole platform on one product with a starter allowance of credits and no card required. Building your app spends those credits from the first build.
- What does a credit buy?
- A credit is a fixed slice of a dollar. Everything is charged on what it really uses: chat replies, agent tasks and model calls cost what the model provider charges us plus our margin, with a per-message limit on your plan; images, video, email and search the same. Every action and its rate is listed on the public price list, and every run shows its cost.
- How is the hosting of my app charged?
- App requests, bandwidth and database storage come with every plan up to the allowance on its card. Build minutes are different: the free plan includes none, so every build minute is paid from your credits from the first build. A paid plan includes the build minutes on its card and charges the same per-minute rate beyond them. On the free trial your app pauses when it reaches a traffic allowance instead of running up a bill, and resumes on the 1st or when you pick a plan.
- What happens at the end of the free trial?
- The trial card says how many days it lasts. When it ends, pick a plan to keep your product; otherwise it is paused and then deleted, with email warnings before each step.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Yearly costs less per month and includes a year of hosting. Credits arrive every month, at two-thirds of the monthly plan's allowance, because the hosting is already paid for the whole year.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- Agents pause until the next monthly allowance or a top-up. Nothing you built is affected; your products keep running.
- Do you offer invoices and VAT?
- Every payment produces a Stripe invoice. Prices exclude VAT: Stripe adds it at checkout where it applies, and an EU business can enter its VAT ID at checkout so the reverse charge applies. Billing is in USD.
